Reporting to the Managing Director, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our energetic team. Our experience, insights and innovation in the market makes us the trusted property adviser of our clients.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Identify and source suitable properties based on clients’ requirements
• Develop property solutions for and make sound recommendations to clients
• Prepare relevant documentations (e.g. EAA forms, Preliminary S&P agreement)
• Carry out due diligence on and coordinate client’s inspection of target properties
• Work with external parties (e.g. lawyers, banks) and follow through client’s transaction to completion
• Close property transactions
• Participate in and coordinate business development and marketing activities

Requirements

• Must hold valid EAA Estate Agent or Salesperson license.
• At least one year relevant property or estate agency experience
• Passionate about the property market and confident in presenting property ideas and solutions to clients
• Demonstrated experience in executing property transactions, negotiating with vendors, purchasers, tenants and landlords
• Degree holder preferred but not a must
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and analytical skills, creative mind and good business sense
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, Mandarin. Additional language skill is a plus
• Willing to meet and serve clients on either Saturday or Sunday
